OUR TYPES<\/h3>\n

No. 1 – FAMILY SUITE:<\/strong> A 45 m\u00b2 Family Suite that can accommodate up to 6 guests, ideal for 4 adults and 2 children.
The suite features a living room with a double sofa bed, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer.
The suite is located on the first floor.<\/p>\n

Room No. 2 \u2013 Superior Double Room:<\/strong> we can accommodate up to 2 guests in this charming and spacious 25 m\u00b2 double room located on the ground floor, featuring a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer.<\/p>\n

No. 3\/4\/5 \u2013 STANDARD SUITE:<\/strong> we can accommodate up to 4 guests. This 31m\u00b2 suite is located on the ground floor and features one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer.<\/p>\n

Nos. 7 and 8 \u2013 SUPERIOR SUITES:<\/strong> we can accommodate up to 2 guests. Each suite measures approximately 45 m\u00b2 and features a double bedroom, a bathroom and a spacious living room. Both are located on the first floor and offer magnificent views of the Tuscan countryside. <\/p>\n

No. 6 \u2013 FAMILY SUITE:<\/strong> this family suite can accommodate 6 guests (4 adults + 2 children) and measures 50 square metres. It features a living room with a double sofa bed and a TV, a double bedroom, and a ground-floor bathroom with a shower and hairdryer; on the first floor there is a double bedroom.<\/p>\n

FURTHER INFORMATION:<\/strong> Some living rooms are equipped with a sofa bed, allowing the property to comfortably accommodate between 20 and 24 people. In the event of special requirements or larger groups, flexible arrangements can be considered depending on the composition of the guests and the availability of accommodation. <\/p>\n
